6. Data Logging and Compliance

All user activity, including search queries, database access, and API requests, is encrypted, logged, and archived for a minimum of seven years. Logs are retained for security, compliance, and legal audit purposes. Users consent to such tracking as a condition of use.

7. Intellectual Property

All LegenDataBase code, UI, workflows, and internal processes are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any aspect of the platform without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Handling
